Several Just-Art Artists Placed in The Same Art Show
The Richardson Civic Art Society held its annual 50+ Art Show at the Richardson Public Library in Richardson, Texas. The art exhibition ran from April 7 to May 18, 2007, and the paintings were on display for the public. Awards Ceremony” was held at the organization center.
The City of Richardson Arts Commission funds this art event. The judge was Kevin Vogel of Valley House Art Gallery and Sculpture Gardens, and the Show Chair was artist Toni Wengler.
Esther Friedman, another artist, placed third in the award category for mixed media/collage painting with her painting entitled “Homage to American’s Hero.” Also, Esther, a Dallas Texas local artist, has a second artwork in the show called “Jerusalem Alley” done with watercolor on a paper.
As the art exhibition has some beautiful and exciting artwork in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and graphics, the show is well worth attending. All artworks were on display.
The online art gallery is a showcase for eleven Texas artists. The artists share their experience to help each other in creativity, art critique, and support. The Dallas Texas Just-Art artists enjoy the distinction of having won recognitions in many local, national, and international exhibitions. Their art is hanging in Churches and Temples in the greater Dallas area.
